There are reminders that the world is in trouble - floods, tornados, cyclones, earthquakes, droughts, famine, education in crisis, violence in the inner cities, health care in crisis, climate change, bees dying, debt at alarming levels, disease, rising energy costs, rising food costs and the list goes on and on.
The solution lies
in all of humankind becoming focused on the solution and all of us doing our
part to solve the collective problems that we face. The tipping point is near -
that point beyond which we will never be able to return to a stable earth. The
time is now. This book is not meant to be an end to the discussion but only the
beginning. I implore you to read the book and then to pass it on to as many
people as you can so that humanity can unite to turn the tide that races against
us. A few people cannot affect the global change necessary to save the planet.
It will take the collective effort of all six billion people to bring about the
necessary change. This will mean an unprecedented level of cooperation between
Government, Businesses, all Foundations, Non-profit entities, and
individuals.
Elmer V. Sayre, Ph.D. writes about a Buffalo Bank that is in action in the Philippines. The micro financing business model began with a $2500 contribution to purchase 10 water buffaloes and has grown to over 2000 animals. This is the essence of how peace will be achieved by everyone doing their part to bring about sweeping changes.

Insightful, thought provoking, a message the world needs to hear.
-Colin Finlay| ColinFinlay.comWow! I just had opportunity to read through your amazing document and congratulate you for your prose and argument for peace. You provide the paradigm for peace and with first hand accounts show how hostile situations can be turned into peaceful ones where we are all brothers under the skin. You make compelling arguments for ways in which we can better ourselves and those who are less fortunate. Well done to you, Michael, and thank you for sharing.
